I benefit from carrying on to learn, lately it is about Vit K2 and D3. I still eat too much cooked food at times, but try to eat even more than 50% raw, I also still find I binge for emotional reasons sometimes, so still more to feel much better and more energetic than I did 20 years before, getting back again to real food. I now drink H2 drinking water or properly filtered water. I do drink healthy coffee with chaga in it.
I don't observe how a Gardenburger is an improved choice. Sure, it's got veggies in it, but it also has RICE - and 18g of carbs. I understand for a fact when I eat grain it spikes my blood glucose SO high. Eating meat (especially the good grass-fed stuff) has zero carbs and far less impact on blood sugar. That's a much smaller bolus! In addition, it has way too many elements for a burger, not all of which I have heard of. I am aware you aren't doing ovo-lacto-vegetarianism for other reasons buuuuut I'd alternatively eat 100% 100 % pure meat than some frankenfood product.

You'll build strong bones. When there isn''t enough calcium in the bloodstream, our anatomies will leach it from existing bone. The metabolic result is that our skeletons can be porous and lose strength as time passes. Most health care practitioners recommend that we increase our absorption of calcium just how dynamics intended--through foods. Foods also supply other nutrients such as phosphorus, magnesium and supplement D that are necessary for the body to absorb and use calcium mineral.
